You can do this under Set Up Your Marketing Solution app.

1 - Choose 'segmentation and target groups';

2 - Segmentation;

3 - Click 'set up' button;

4 - Go to your desired Segmentation object. I believe in your cause this is SAP_CE_INTERACTION_CONTACT (accounts and contacts);

5 - Choose the data source you would like to organize your fields;

6- Use field 'Position' to insert the numbers (order) as you wish

I just did a test and if there's the new field left.

Only one doubt, I can only see the new attributes that I create, can not add a field of the standard?

Exactly.

I believe only certain standard fields are available on the UI adaptation.
