NEW ARTICLES NOT SHOWING IN SAP CUSTOMER CHECKOUT

Hi experts

I have the following situations;

1. an article in SAP Customer checkout is not stock balances when I click on stock overview. The screen is just blank, and when I try to sell that article it says Article ID does not exist but in SAP B1 its there.

2. I then tried to create a new item so that I can move the stock to that item and use it in Checkout but the new item is not showing in SAP Customer Checkout even after updating scenarios and numerous synchronizations.

Please assist
