Hi,
Version 2005 brings us a new Interaction Detail screen, accessible from the Interactions tab on the Contact Profile.
According to documentation:
you can:
"Add extensibility fields for interactions and tailor the UI layout to suit your needs using the key user adaptation tool. Extensibility is also possible at subnode level for Products and Product Categories."
However, on the Adapt UI tool, in the Add: Field menu, I cannot find any extension fields. I can only find standard fields.
Anything that I am missing? The extension fields are published (long time ago) and are on the Marketing: Interactions context.

Yes, you're right, you need to enable Browse Interaction Data and Interaction Details View for Custom Field.

With your suggestion "Is it the same case with new CF?", I have noticed there is a new option in the "UIs and Reports" section of the custom fields, called "Browse Interaction Data" and "Interaction Details View". And that was what I was missing, they need to be turned on.
