Needed report having activties in a lead.

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a report which should show all the activities present in the lead. We are unable to find a correct data source that will link leads with activities correctly.

Kindly suggest which data source we should use to meet the requirement. We are waiting for your kind reply.

you need to include the Lead ID in the report to get the number of activities for each one.

Good morning Mainak,

you can use Data Source 'Activity BTD Reference' with BTD Reference Type = 'Lead'. You will find your leads ID in field BTD Reference ID and your activities ID in field Activity ID.

Hi Ana,

We have tried as you said. But we are not getting the individual no. of activities on the report though we are getting correct values in the counter while selecting with lead.

Please help and let us know what we are doing wrong.

Hi Mainak,

I am not sure whether we have a standard report for this requierment.

But you can always create a custom report as per your business requirements using the standard datasource "Lead BTD Reference".

We had a similar requirement for Opportunities, and we were able to build a custom report using the BTD Reference datasource available for Opportunity BO.
