Need Order Details of a Contact

We need details of all the orders a specific contact has ever placed to investigate some automations that they were not supposed to enter.

Since you would like to extract the data of a single contact, you can do it by using the option "Start Contact Data Export" at the contact profile. This procedure is described at SAP Emarsys Help: Exporting data change history for all fields:

On the Contact Data Export tab, click Start Change History Export. Collecting all the data changes may take several minutes to complete. In the meantime, you can navigate from this page. Once the data export is ready to download you receive a notification.

Click the download link to save a .zip archive file to your computer containing a .csv file with all the change event records.
