Need Data source Name for Document flow in C4C

Hi Team,

My business has a requirement to have create report which has work ticket number, sale order number and Delivery number. Now these details are available in Document flow tab, so i am assuming these are stored in some data source.

Can any one please share that data source name or best way how i can create report in Business analystics in C4S.

Hi indrapats2800,

We do not have data source specific for document flows.

You can find these details (Ticket, Sales order, Delivery) in specific data sources (available in Business Analytics -> Design Data Sources) and you can join/combine them as per requirement to get all the desired data in a single place. Now you can create a report on top of this data source.
