NCR Printer configuration in CCO

Good day anyone here configure NCR printer in CCO?

i cannot configure the printer in CCO.

Dear Rowell,

You should be able connect SAP Customer Checkout with any printer that supports the JavaPOS interface or any printer supported by your Windows operating system. This is described in the official documentation here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/e5d9932f72cc4556b2e982905511b717/2.0.11_Corr/en-US/adb08fad386f498685627...I would suggest to review the following note, https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2727384, which describes the printers and other hardware which are officially supported by SAP Customer Checkout.
Unfortunately the NCR Printers do not seem to support JavaPOS. Maybe you can ask the manufacturer for additional drivers for JavaPOS or Windows 10.
