Installed recipe from SAP Commerce Cloud 2211.12 same problem - any advice on this?

I think I had the same issue when migrating to 2211, I also had an error on backend log saying : 
Location `backoffice` doesn't match folder `backoffice/themes`.

To bypass the display issue I found two ways so far : 

Solution 1 :
Create a new theme based on SAP default themes :

Solution 2 :
Removing all themes (and related objects) created in this impex :
