Hi Experts,
We are implementing C4C service process for our company which does installation and servicing of big equipments. The work sometime involves multiple visits to customer site and different service engineers. They need to submit a daily work report which mentions the hours worked and parts used in each visit and get it approved by the manager. As the C4C system does not include a separate service confirmation, we are entering the information as items in the ticket. However with this we are unable to create a separate report / approval for each visit as all the parts / hours get accumulated in the same ticket. What is typically done in this case ? Do we need to manually create separate work ticket for every visit by the engineer?
Best Regards,
Kono

Hi Natsumi,
Yes I guess you need to create separate ticket.
You can also explore about Sub tickets tab in Tickets Details Page.
You can have one parent ticket and any number of sub tickets linked to it. This will help you to Organize the tickets, as well as the Approval can be triggered for each visits.

Anusia
