Multiple values per one Origin ID and export in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts,

Is possible to store multiple values for one Origin ID without overriding. And afterward to export all that IDs per one contact in csv?

The second question, in case of overring the same Origin ID over and over again, is that possbile in SAP Marketng Cloud?

Hi Valentina,

yes you can assign multiple ID_ORIGINs. This can be done using the additional facet entity when loading data via API. Also you need to set the customizing for ID_ORIGIN accordingly (one per contact = false).

Hi,

As far as I know it's not possible to update the ID of a facet. But why would you want to do that? And from your initial question it sounded more like that you want to avoid overriding IDs.
