My members can see in their Loyalty Wallets two different Purchase actions, although in practice only one can be attached at any given moment. How is this possible?
Did I make a mistake in the Email Editor?

Yes, it looks like a mistake in the email content.
This scenario can happens if you accidentally drag tokens of different actions to the same email template. These tokens will then be pushed to the Loyalty Wallet. In addition to status tokens, you can only use tokens of one specific action per email.
Please note that if you do drag different tokens to the same email template, after a purchase, the system will reward the customer with the rewards defined in both actions.
