Multiple line level discount in SAP customer checkout

Hi All,

I am currently implementing SAP Customer Checkout (CCO), which will be integrated with SAP Business One. Both systems are running on their latest versions.

The customer has a requirement to apply multiple line-level discounts, both in terms of percentage and fixed amount. Additionally, the discounted amount should be posted to the appropriate GL accounts in SAP B1.

Could you please confirm if there is an option to configure this functionality? If not available out-of-the-box, kindly advise on any recommended workaround or customization approach.

SAP Customer Checkout (CCO) doesn't natively support applying multiple line-level discounts (both fixed and percentage) on the same item. However, this can be achieved through custom plugin development in CCO and enhanced integration logic using B1if to ensure proper GL account postings in SAP Business One. Alternatively, discount groups in B1 or manual adjustments can be used as workarounds.
