Hello Experts,
Can anyone confirm if we can integrate multiple FB pages at once? I mean there are multiple pages for my client, any post on any of the pages should flow in to yMKT. I know it is possible using integration with CPI wherein there is an standard flow available.
Can it be done for multiple pages? Do I need to create those many connections in CPI? Please refer my screenhot which says that the Page id as a reference. if this is the case then I think we have to create those many?

Request clarification before answering.
Hello Mayank,
For N IDs you will need to create N connections in CPI.

Hi Kunal,
My client might have 50 FB pages, so we have to create 50 CPI connections( flows) ? Is my understanding correct?
Thanks,
Yes, you're right and it's logical as well to keep the connections to each fb_id iflows separate!
Hi Kunal,
You mean to say that one comment which can be transported from any social media can be unrestricted? or it can be 63206 character long? How the UI on the sentiment analysis will handle this? Can on the sentiment analysis app, the comment from customer have 63602 characters long ? It can be seen? I am worried about the UI. Can you please test this on your demo system and let me know. We have a specific use case where comment can be very very long.
