As mentioned in this blog [https://blogs.sap.com/2019/08/10/handling-of-multiple-channel-e-mail-addresses-in-the-to-or-cc-field/], all the required configuration is completed but this use-case is not working as i think configuration is not fully completed as i need some clarification on the below question
1. How MIME Header is linked with incoming Email ID?
2.What is the configuration we have to do in the Mail server?
