multi-buy promotion and bundles

Has anyone implemented bundle promotion and stepped multi-buys with the new Promotion Engine.

I am specifically looking for 2 scenarios in v1808:

First:
Product price is $40
Bundle Promotion: Buy 2 for $50.
It works for 2 Quantities but when I have 4 quantities in the cart, the price gets calculated as $50 (for 2 qty) + $80 (for the remaining 2qty) = $130. Whereas it should be $50x2 = $100

Second: Stepped Multibuy:
Product price is $40
Bundle Promotions: Buy 2 for $50 and Buy 3 for $70

What I want is:
2 Quantities for $50
3 Quantities for $70
5 Quantities for $70 + $50
6 Quantities for $70x2 = $140 OR $50x3= $150 (depending on which promotion has higher priority)

The best way to achieve this would be to create separate promotion for each step of the multibuy with the priority as high for highest qty one
