Hi All,
Is there an easy way to transfer an item from one table to another within customer checkout? The scenario here would be when an item is ordered on the incorrect table and the user needs to move it to the correct table?

Hi Ross,
I would suggest that you split the 'wrong' items to a subtable.
Next select move tables and select the correct table and the subtable with the items to move.
Enter the table number of the correct table and make sure that you have checked 'Merge all tables into one receipt'.
As result you should have the items on the correct table.

Andreas

Hi Ross,
Currently, it is not possible. It is necessary to first cancel the sales item in the incorrect table and then, add the item in the correct table.
Consider to use the Influence Channel to post a feature request, then, other partners/customers may vote on it and if approved by CCO development team it might be released in future releases.
Regards,
Anderson
