Modifying A4 print templates for SAP CCO

Hello CCO team,

I'm trying to modify an A4 print template, specifically SalesReceiptPrintTemplateA4. I'm not sure what certain values (pink), parameters and variables stand for, for example:

Is there a document or a "list" with those values and their relation to variables/parameters? Or any specific documentation / guide about this topic? If not, how do we handle establishing new conditions in these templates?
