Modify Visit Category options

My organization would like some additional Category options when creating their visits and closing visits in C4C.

Can I modify the Visit - Category options myself? If so, where is this configuration or source for the categroy options located?

Hi Olivia,

I can't find the standard field "visit category" on the Visit TI view. I am assuming that you are talking about the Visit Type. Yes, the visit type can be modified. Please follow the steps below to do it.

1. Go to Business Configuration > Implementation Projects.
2. Select the project, and hit on the button "Open Activity List".
3. Swith the query of the list to "All Activities".
4. Find the activity named "Maintain Visit Types".
5. Hit on the button "Add to Project".
6. Enter the "Maintain Visit Types".
7. Now you can edit the type of the visits.
8. After the modification, please re-log in to make it take effect.
