Modal UI - Service Call fields (Phone, Mobile, Email) for Contact Person is non-editable

Hello,

How can we make the following fields to be editable on the Service Call (for Contact Person) screen in SAP FSM WFM. Sometimes the standard contact details are not available or have changed only for that service activity.

  • Phone
  • Mobile
  • Email

Hi,

These are reference only fields and hence are not editable (Both in Modal UI and also the old service call details screens).

Check SAP Help page General Information Tab regarding Phone, Mobile, and Email comes from Contact Person of the Business Partner selected on the Service Call. If data is present for these fields on Contact Person, it will show on Service Call.
