Mobile Push Notification from SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello Everyone,

We Implemented Mobile Push Notification from Marketing cloud and we connected SAP Marketing Cloud with Firebase for the same. Initially Push notifications are sent directly from Firebase and now after integrating Marketing Cloud with Firebase and trying to send Mobile push campaigns from Marketing, campaign is successfully executed from Marketing, and we are getting a notification but it's just a NULL notification.

On checking with SAP, we can find the payload sent from SMC seems to contain the Content as required but after reaching Firebase, its somehow lost, any idea on this issue, did anyone faced such issue earlier?

Do we need to change any Configurations in Firebase side as well after Integrating with SMC ?

Hi suryakumar,

You are loosing your data/info in CPI layer, please debug/trace the log at CPI iFlow level.

Hi Kunal,

But there is no CPI involved in Outbound communication from SMC to firebase , CPI is involved only in Inbound scenario here.
