There is no info in how to configure and launch the mobile order option in CCO

Also, after the configuration of the SMTP, when I register an user, the emails are not being sent

I am checking the log, but I cannot find the reason.

Hi Daniel,

Did you activate the email template for the user registration?
In the CCO manager, go to Email templates and check if the templates are active.

Hi,

All the templates has been activated. I have reseted the passoword of one of the users, and the system says "delivered" but I have received nothing. In case of new users, the email does not go to the "sent box".

Can we schedule a session and review it?

Hi Daniel,

Is there any information in the CCO manager log file? See KBA #2543967 for further information.

If the issue is still happening, I suggest you to open an incident for a deeper analyze.

Hi Daniel,

First, it is necessary to create a communication system.

  1. Go to Communication systems and click on Add
  2. Communication scenario = Generic
    Status = Active
  3. Save
  4. Go to “Destinations tab”
  5. Click “Add” button
  6. Select “Type”: HTTP
  7. Fill in “Name”
  8. Fill in “Host” (e.g. http://localhost)
  9. Fill in “Port” (e.g. 8080)
  10. Click “Save” button
  11. Go to the Mobile Order > Payment Service Providers
  12. Create your Demo Payment Provider
