Hi all,
I know that Marketing Cloud refuses mobile numbers when they are not in the correct format, then the import monitor mentions something like "mobile number ignored because incorrect format" and only saves all the rest of the contact data.
However, I'm looking for the exact rules.
I know it must contain a country/region code, however I noticed that both +32 and 0032 are accepted for example.
Further than that, I'm not sure if spaces, dots, dashes, brackets, etc are accepted.
I can't seem to find the exact rule on the SAP help.
Can anyone give me some more info on this please?
