I have a question for Mobile Engagement CustomerID
For a Contact Identification, you can use Email or Customer ID, but I read that I can use the email for identification in my web site (Web Extend), but it doesn’t work with the Email identification if I connect a Mobile APP (por Mobile Engagement programs).

What you recommend in this case? what happened if I use email for identification in Emarsys and the Mobile Engagement program can accept the Email like an ID? or I have to use another identification? And what happen if I have different IDs it merge or it duplicate the contact? I need to connect an APP Mobile and a WebSite.

You really want to use the same ID for mobile and web - if you use different identifiers, the recommendation engine will treat them as two separate profiles and not merge them. External ID would therefore be the preferred option, but if you think your mobile program can accept email as identifier, you'd need to test that thoroughly.
