Hello,

When i run cronjob called "mktCPICustomerOutboundSyncCronJob" for Integrating SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Commerce Cloud Using SAP Cloud Platform Integration that replicate data from Commerce to Marketing Cloud i got below error:

mktCPICustomerOutboundSyncCronJob::de.hybris.platform.outboundsync.jalo.OutboundSyncJob,
transaction of unbinding connection 13(-) has not been ended - will rollback automatically

Hello Saleh,

What is the commerce version you are using to get it integrated with Marketing. If you are using commerce cloud then kindly provide details of commerce base version as well as cloud extension pack version of same.
