Missing translations in Segmentation. SAP Hybris Marketing.

Hi, colleagues!
We have a problem with the translation of attributes in Segmentation. Some of the standard (SAP) attributes don’t have translations in Segmentation. Data sources of these fields also have descriptions in English (EN). How can I fix this problem?

We work in the system of SAP Hybris Marketing onprem 1709 SP01 (1802):

The following components are installed:

There are 3 systems of Development, QA, Product.

There was a following problem. On the product and QA systems don’t have translations into Russian (user's language of the customer), it’s a part of the standard fields. I will give an example of Segmentation and Target groups.

In the Segmentation, there are no translations of standard (SAP) fields/attributes into Russian. Some of the standard (SAP) fields/attributes are displayed in English.

Look at screenshots. Green fields are extended fields for the customer. Reds are standard fields.

When you use Russian language to log in.

Data source of these fields:

Contacts and Related Interactions - SAP_CONTACT_INTERACTIONS

Data Source Location: sap.hana-app.cuan.contact/CA_C_CONTACT_INTERACTIONS

However, some standard (SAP) fields from this data source are displayed in Russian. But just few of them. The rest are in English. I want to repeat that there is no such problem on the development system. The problem is on QA and productive systems.

Segmentation objects.

Of all the standard (SAP) data source aliases, there are several that have the correct descriptions in the Russian language. However, the main part is English, accordingly, and the fields in these aliases are all in English. The same sources that are shown in the screenshot with the Russian language have fields in Russian.

Target groups:

When you use Russian language to log in. But the standard (SAP) fields are displayed in English. The same problem as with the attributes in the segmentation.

Hello Marina,

Then you can change the description in Hana Studio for the Test system and then transport those changes to Production as standard procedure. That's the only workaround and solution.

Hello Marina,

As you are in 1709, you can log in to Hana Studio and change the description in Hana View of DS.

But be aware while doing so, consult a HANA expert.

Yes,it is. I know about this solution, but I can not change the description on the customer's productive system. We don't have access to it. And no one will give it to us on security policy. We can change something on the development system. And in this system everything is OK and in HANA Studio fields have the correct description.

In that case, please execute report 'GSEG_SYNC_DS_TEXTS' and see if it helps to resolve:

The reports didn't help. But I checked that in ALL languages the same description of the fields is in English. Maybe I need to set a note that controls the languages in the system? Or execute a translation report?

I can't find the data source (veiw) of the fields for Target Groups in HANA. Could you suggest a data source for the fields in the Facet Members in the details of the Target Group?
Please, see the last point "Target group" of my question.
