Missing toolbar options in SmartEdit

Hi,

On our linux boxes we are facing a challenge of missing "Add Component", "Clone Component"etc. option on Staged/Online version of catalogs on SmartEdit. Our pageBodyCssClasses are created as per the Smartedit responsive way, but still the options are missing. I've tried re-installing the addon but what I can see is my "shared/common/js/webApplicationInjector.js;/shared/common/js/reprocessPage.js;/shared/common/js/adjustComponentRenderingToSE.js;/responsive/common/js/smarteditaddon.js" are missing while checking the source code on browser, Although I've added the below snippet:

Any Thoughts ?
