Missing Score Attributes for Products

Hello guys,

do you know if / when these missing score attributes for products will be brought back?

  • InterestItem of the Interaction
  • TotalNumber of the Interaction
  • Product of the InteractionWithProduct
  • TotalSalesAmount of the InteractionWithProduct
  • InteractionKey of the InteractionWithProduct
  • InteractionKey of the InteractionWithProductCategory
  • ProductCategory of the InteractionWithProductCategory
  • Name of the Interest
  • InteractionKey of the Interest

I found some answers in questions on this site talking about release 1911, but unfortunately, that's not true.

Hello together,

yes, the above mentioned attributes needed to be deprecated already with release 1802, because we realized that they do not work properly with HANA Rule Framework (HRF) (the rule engine embedded in the Score Builder). This was announced in the "Notes After Shipment" for 1802 and it is still valid.

The Score Builder is still under renovation. Unfortunately, this takes much longer as originally expected. However, we continue to fully focus on the renewal. I am not supposed to give any delivery or time commitments at this time in this context.

The Score Builder as it is today (i.e release 1911 and also 2002) will continue to be run on HRF. It can consume attributes on contact-level and interaction-level. So, it still does not support attributes on item-level (e.g. Product, Product Category, Interest, TotalSalesAmount).
