Missing Infotype IT0709 and IT9901 for Some Employees During SF to SAP HCM Replication

Hi SAP Expert ,

We are experiencing an issue where IT0709 (External Data) and IT9901 (Organizational Assignment) are not created in SAP HCM when certain employee records are replicated from SuccessFactors Employee Central via CPI. This issue does not affect all employees but only a few cases. As a result, these employees have incomplete records, leading to downstream issues in payroll, reporting, and organizational assignments.

What is the best practice for error handling in CPI to prevent incomplete data transfer? Should we implement an Exception Subprocess to retry failed records?

We are using the predefined iFlow:
"Replicate Employee Master Data and Organizational Assignments from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA."

Are there any SAP Notes or best practices specifically for handling missing infotypes due to failed SuccessFactors-to-SAP HCM replication?
