Hello community.
I am working with SAP Customer Checkout FP13 PL01 version 2.13.3 connected to SAP Business One 10 and SAP Customer checkout manager 2.0 FP13 PL01 in a Table Service UI Mode.
I´m using the central article management setting allowing me to create sales sets from CCO manager. Sales set articles for restaurants dishes include side options (e.x. hamburger with french fries and adding salad or onion rings if wanted) When using the function from SAP Customer Checkout Manager Articles/ Sales set article/ Components, the system allows me to select a minimum and a maximum number of available sides for that dish. However, this is not reflected on SAP Customer Checkout whenever I reach the minimum quantity it doesn´t allows me to select a second option even though I have selected '2' as Maximum quantity.
I found this link in documentation regarding that the system does not synchronize the Max value setting even in the FP15 version.
Then my question would be ¿Have you found any workaround for this restaurant scenario? ¿Does manual sets option (FP 15) could solve this problem? Right now we have "Dummy" buttons with an item with price 0 to solve the scenario when you only want one side and no two of them to go ahead and click the dummy button instead of a second side.
¿Does someone have had the same scenario?
