Migration of historic campaign data from SAP Marketing cloud to Emarsys Customer ENgagement

Hi Folks,

Can we migrate the historic campaign performance data from SAP Marketing Cloud to Emarsys? If yes, please highlight the migration technique. Once migrated, would it be possible to generate analytics & reports in Emarsys based on the historic campaign performance data migrated from SAP MC?

As part of the data onboarding with Emarsys you will need to import your contact DB, and it is simple to create the fields that you want to include with your historical campaign response data. With these fields you can easily use past data to personalize or segment your messages. In terms of the reports you want to generate, that would depend on exactly what your goal is. The historical campaign data will not be included in the reporting for the campaigns sent from Emarsys, so the analysis of the two will need to be discussed, based on your exact requirements.
