Migration from SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp * to SAP C4C or C4Hana

Would like to know incase of migrating from SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp * to C4C or C4Hana.

Please let me know if there is any document available.

The SAP C/4 suite includes five distinct cloud solutions: SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud (C4C + CallidusCloud), SAP Service Cloud (C4C + Coresystems), SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris), and SAP Customer Data Cloud(Gigya), running on SAP Cloud Platform.

There are tools which will help with data migration but there is no automatic conversion from SAP CRM to SAP C/4HANA as business processes could be carried out differently in the cloud. We have a number of implementation services available which can make the transitions for customers easier as they adopt the new innovations that come with SAP C/4HANA.

1. Data migration - initial and delta from SAP systems such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM etc. to SAP C4C
