Migrate Vouchers from a File-based Voucher Module

Hello Community,

i have some questions regarding the right way for migrate vouchers from a file-based voucher module

Now for example the situtation:

I have three POS. They all are connected to CCOManager. Now i have to migrate vouchers from a file-based voucher module to CCOManager based.

1: I synchronize all three POS with my file based voucher.db [the voucher.db is located in a network folder]

2: I choose any POS as the leading system and go through the settings in integration area and switch the voucher modul to manager based voucher module. In next, the system ask me if this is the leading POS for the voucher. I confirm the message with „yes“.

3: Next i have to synchronize my file based voucher.db ‚completly' [?] with the manager. (Step like point 5 in the documentation from the link). Okay ... all vouchers now visible in the CCOManager. And from this point i have some questions cause how is this continuing?

• a) The leading POS system needs after ‚complete‘ synchronization never again the synchronization, cause the manager do adjustment automatically with the pos?
• b)The other two POS also require the setting in integration and switch the voucher modul to manager based voucher module? [Message upcoming while switching answer with ‚NO‘]
• b1) And do they need also a ‚complete‘ synchronization or only normal synchronization? Or do the need no synchronization cause the manager do adjustment automatically with the pos after switching?

Hope i could explain my uncertainty regarding the right way for good migration and maybe it‘s not so complicated 🙂
