Microsoft Teams Integration on test vs prod environment C4C.

Hi - we are planning to enable MS Teams integration and want to have feedback if we should directly implement this on our production tenant vs test tenant in C4C. Note that we are using C4C v1.

If we can implement first on test tenant, what are the things we need to keep in mind and also what should we do once we plan to implement the same in production.

Cheers,

Marc

Hello Marc,

We went with the approach of enabling this in our test tenant first. Then we had a go at it and tested it. After that, we enabled the same in production. We haven't seen any concerns with it. It does what its suppose to do and works pretty well, though I would admit that it isn't used much by our sales force.  I suppose people are just too used to Outlook. 🙂

I believe every time you do a refresh of your test tenant from production and/ or after every quarterly release (I think and may not be the case; you could confirm with C4C support through a case), we need to re-enable this feature, as it gets turned off.

Do you have any specific questions or concerns that you would like to share?
