Hi All,

We have received reports that Microsoft KB4480965 is causing problems for CDT. Investigation is currently ongoing. Recommendation is to test the functionality before implementing the KBA to production.

Hey,

Finally got my Windows 7 client to co-operate. The KB4480965 is only for Win7 machines and similar issues are not reported with Win10. Please correct if I'm wrong.

So, now I have the KB4480965 installed - IE reports to be version 11.0.9600.19236 and CDT launches fine. Could you please confirm if you have the same IE version?

If yes, then I recommend to reset IE settings, set them again and see what happens.
