Hello Anderson,
Thank you for your answer, much appreciated.
That helped me to reach the root cause and investigate the issue further.
As suggested, changed the field "Quantity type code" in CCO(in Monitor) as per B1. Then ran complete article synchronization but still, the issue was the same.
Realize that CCO only understands the UOM field("Quantity type code") as (-1, 1, 2, 3, etc) and made changes accordingly and then successfully Releases some inconsistent transactions.
I am trying to understand the concept of "Quantity type code" & how it works in CCO and B1. Appreciate, if you can explain further(if possible),
Thank you again.

Hello Shahid,
You're welcome. Glad to know that the issue is solved!
About the Quantity type code, when the article synchronization is executed in the CCO, it also syncs the unit of measures that are used in the article master data.
The CCO stores the value of the "UomEntry" from the "OUOM" table of the SAP B1. There, you can see the values (-1, 1,2,3,etc..)
Hope it answered your question.
Regards,
Anderson
