We have below Inconsistent issue while releasing Point of sales receipts.

Kindly advise what could be the reason and how to resolve this issue.

Hello Shahid,

A possible cause of this issue is an incorrect unit of measure used for selling in the SAP Customer Checkout than the UoM assigned to article in SAP BusinessOne. Probably, first the article was synced in SAP Customer Checkout with a wrong UoM, and later in B1 the unit of measure was changed but article sync in SAP Customer Checkout was not performed or performed too late.

In the SAP Customer Checkout monitor, enter the correct UoM for the item in the field "Quantity type code" under Sales Items, then, try to release the receipt again.

In order to avoid this issue again, in the CCO, run the complete article synchronization.
