Merging or combining Visits and Activities Datasource

Dear Experts,

We are trying to merge or combining the data-sources, however the counters are not showing correct visit counts.

Visit Header - CODAPAVISITHB

All Activities - CODACTU

keeping Employee Responsible as joining condition.

Desired Result; To show visit counter in report along with other activities.

Kindly advice if there is a way to achieve the desired requirement.

Hello Rishikesh,

I understand your requirement is being able to have a Key Figure to show the Number of Visits on data source Visit Header - CODAPAVISITHB, so that you can use it when joining this DS with All Activities - CODACTU.

This key figure is currently not delivered in Visit Header DS, though. If you run this data source with Employee Responsible characteristic included in Rows, the Counter will then display the total number of Visits for each Employee. See attachment below for details.
As you include additional Characteristics in Rows, new lines will be included as well which is expected.

This may configure in a improvement request, and you can post this request in our Customer Influence forum, as this channel allows you on requesting new features for the new releases of the system, which gain visibility and get voted so they can be reach out to SAP C4C developers:

Also, you may want to contact your implementation manager to help with further alternatives for your requirement.
