Merge Test Tenant to Productive Tenant

Hello,

I tried to merge the Test Tenant to Productive Tenant but it failed. Appears that error:

I sent an incident to SAP, and they told me that "Solution YDMOIWVNY missing in test tenant". And they told me to upload the missing solution(s).

Where I upload these solution? And what are the steps that I need?

Can you help me with this question?

Hi Andre,

this "Solution YDMOIWVNY" is a PDI (Development) solution. Please talk to the developer on your project and ask him/her to transport the Solution from Test System to Production system before you do the merge, or, if the solution is not needed/ not accepted for Production, to de-activate it and bring the Test system to the same patch level as Production system.

in order to be able to use the Change Project functionality and merge back your changes, you first need to :

- have both systems (Test and Prod) on the same solution patch level (what is missing for you)

- do not be within the upgrade window (similar logic to above requirement, Test should not be on for e.g. 1811 and Production on 1808).

- close activities on Test system...

Hello Andre,

Yes, as error says you need to create incident to SAP Support team informing the same.

After the investigation details will be shared to you to perform the necessary changes.

In your case their was Solution missing in your test tenant, you need to contact your Developer to upload the same PDI solution your test tenant and also make sure both tenants should have same solution patch versions.
