Merge multiple propertie files with ant

Is it possible to merge multiple propertie files in ant like this: https://stackoverflow.com/a/30995035

Sadly its not working.

The idea is, to just use a basic local.properties for all environments and just write the configs which should be overwritten. Like this: https://help.hybris.com/6.0.0/hcd/8beb75da86691014a0229cf991cb67e4.html

The problem from hybris standard is, that you can see the overwritten only in life time. But I want a new properties file.
