Can anyone please explain to me what Lifecyclestatuscodetext - open, completed, mean in Survey Response collection?

Hello,

It comes from standard data type "ValuationCollectionLifeCycleStatusCode".

1: Open

2: Completed

If you have just added a survey but not responded to it then it will be in OPEN status and if you have already responded to the survey then it will be in COMPLETED status.

Thanks Saurabh! I have two questions in that case - What happens when the survey sent to the customer failed? Will it still appear in open status or will it not be included in the table? Second question is that I see a number of tickets with status 'Completed' but I see no response in the respective tables or report - no answers to survey questions, why is that so?
