MATMAS Loaded into multiple catalogs.How can i restrict to particular catalog.

In our site we created new sales area(totally 2). Loading the matmas is importing product data into both custom catalogs.In IDoc i tried changing 0399 sales area but still it is getting imported both catalogs.Suggest me any approach to handle this
