Mass Upload File Test From C4C

Dear C4C Developer

I want to know how to upload Mass of File in Data WorkBenrch

Kindly it is explained to this URL. But It doesn't work on my C4C.

I will Show How I set the settings.

First, I Active the Odata Service. I check the RootAttachment and select the WorkCenter View

Secondly, I Actve the Odata Servie and Click the Data Workbench, and Click Import and click upload File and download the templete.

Thirdly, I Change the Manifest File (Question What is ExternalKey & Did I done it type it Right? Is there any good way to Find ExternalKey?)

Fourthly, I Compress in ZIP File and upload and check the monitor and it has been Success. But it has been fail to upload File in OWL. What is the problem? Did I miss something? Thank you.

Hello,

You can only enter the URLs of attachements to other type of objects through migration templates.

Hi,

I personally always make a download first in the data workbench of one representative record, then I download the template (including the definition of fields and how they need to be filled) and based on the downloaded record I know exactly how I have to fill out the template for import.
