Mass Update of WorkCenters/Access Restrictions for Business Roles in C4C

Hi Guys,

As we work for a Global Client, we have n number of business roles created for various regions. If there is any common change like adding or removing a particular Workcenter, the change has to be done manually for all the business Roles. Is there a way, where we can do a Mass update of Workcenters/Access Restrictions for Business Roles as Bulk.

Please let me know, if there is any.

Hello Anusia,

There are some options related to the setup of business roles in the Data Workbench tool. It is possible to create business roles defining the workcenters that are assigned to it using the "Business Role Replication Request Work Center Assignment" option.

However, this specific operation (update of work center assignments in business roles) is not currently supported in C4C.

Hi Anusia,

in SAP C4C is not standard tool for bulk change of assigned workcenters to business roles.
