Mass Update of Contact Person - Customer Master Data (XD02)

Dear colleagues,

I need to add/updated a contact person email address (with a dedicated Contact Person ID) from the customer master data (XD02). This should be done massively.

I tried with an LSMW but there's no way to say to the recording the position that we want to add/update, because it changes from customer to customer and how many "entries" he already have.

Also checked with XD99 (MASS) transaction but there's only have the option to add the field "email address"

Any other idea how to do it in a "functional" way? Or any FM or BAPI that can be used?

Hi Joao Pereira,

There are 2 options that you can use.

1. The simple option is to use the code OV52. It allows you to delete the customer at the General level, Co. Code level, or at Sales Org level.
2. Use t code XD99 and select KNA1 and search for field AUFSD. Set the indicator for all customers that you want to delete. It won’t delete the customer from the system but block it for further processing.

Thank you for your reply. iN FACT I don't want to delete the customer master data itself but only the contact person linked to a customer.

Hi Joao Pereira, Unfortunately, I think there is no simple functional way to delete contact information from table KNVK. The only option is to write a small program using FM SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL. Thanks Avnish
