Mass printing of the Ticket Summary in C4C

Hi C4C experts,

The service ticket functionality has an action "Generate Summary" which allows to view the Ticket Summary in a PDF format. The user can also preview the Ticket Summary for Printing.

I have a requirement to do mass printing of Ticket summary for selected tickets based on a specific period or selection. (i.e. The user need to be able search and filter the required tickets, and print all the ticket summary for the selected tickets without opening the individual service ticket.)

How can i achieve this requirement? Please advise of possible solutions.

Hi Za,

Currently this option is not available to select multiple tickets and generate pdf summary then print you may add this as new requirement in the Influence forum.
