Mass emails to ask for contacts consent

Hi,

Given the General Data Protection Regulation will become effective from May 25th, I am checking if there is any possibility to send emails to all the contacts and asking for their continuing subscription to our newsletters/campaigns and link their answers directly with their account ID in C4C?

Hi Thi,

You can setup a Email workflow rule that picks up the Email ID from the Contact record and sends a notification. Or you can use campaign functionality to send mass emails to all the contacts which added in target group.

Dear Amit,

Thank you for your reply. My concern is after we received answers from the contacts, for example, they want to opt-in and stay connect with us, is there any possibility from C4C that the system will realize the answer and update in its database?
