Mass create phone call activities linked to existing lead

Hello, could someone kindly point me towards the instructions on how to mass load/create phone call activities that are linked to an existing lead object? In other words, I have an existing lead, I want to create 5 phone call activites in mass under that lead. Just looking for the steps to perform this. Thank you.

Hi Sam,

I assume hat you are not have just one lead, but that you have a lot of leads for which you want to add 5 phone calls per lead.

You could check the data workbench if templates on leads, phone calls or activities can support you.

Alternatively you could work with an activity plan and a routing rule. E.g. based on the qualification level in the lead a activity plans start and (5) tasks are created automatically and assigned to your lead. You can set a workflow with an action Refresh from Activity Plan to save clicks for the end user. I checked and tried to do it with a phone call activity, but received a error message.
