Hello Experts,
at the moment we are sending mails to contact persons located in Europe by using SAP Marketing Cloud. Since 25.05.2018 the new GDPR are active.
This means only contacts who gave us the permission, are allowed to be contacted by us via MAIL.
In the USA no permission is necessary to send marketing mails.
Is it possible to do a country specific setting, for all contacts with country USA? These contacts should then be allowed to be charged without permission.

Hi,
you need to configure either an implicit or explicit permission check per country.
The configuration apps allow you do it. Check out the documentation here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/ac1eab4c66bc490da7ac2c378c46b0e7/1808.500/en-US/0b8120914fc64a11ae9076ac...

Hi,
Can you please check customizing activity "Outbound Marketing Permissions" under "Manage Your Solution" app?
Thanks
