Marketing Integration - Datahub system can't assign the data to Marketing, but the service reaches.

I'm executing ymktToDatahubJob and after I added the extension "y2ysyncbackoffice", the CronJob is not generating the impex files anymore.

And even tough Iget back the extensions, when the service reaches Marketing, seems no data has been recognized.

Is there some aditional configuration to perform? No idea why no data is generated. Please help.
