Marketing Cloud: View list of contacts filtered based on Marketing Permissions and Marketing areas

Hello Team,

How could we get a list of all contacts within SAP Marketing cloud, filtered based on

1. Permission opt-ins
2. Permission type: Double opt-in or Single opt-in
3. Marketing area

I have tried the segmentation model method. Kindly suggest a way other than that because it won't be convenient for users to filter.

Hello Ashok,

You can find the contacts which are opted in for a particular marketing area using the segmentation filter on All Contacts Segmentation Profile , but we wont be able to filter based on permission type as double or single opt in , as at the end its only Opt-In or Opt-out in the Marketing system and double opt in is an additional step for the customer to confirm their permission .

Hi Ashok,

I am not sure about an easiest way other than just creating a dynamic target group out of the created segmentation model ( created once ) and just export the entries from Target group whenever required by the user .

not sure if this would work but you could take a look at creating an export definition and creating a campaign with export file action: see this link.
